About My Many Selves

What if understanding yourself isn't about becoming someone else, but about becoming the clearest expression of the One Self?

My Many Selves offers a new way of understanding your many selves, your experiences, and your consciousness — while inviting you to expand awareness and discover new senses and faculties, without asking you to choose between science and wonder.

If you have ever felt different parts of you pulling in opposite directions — your heart saying one thing, your mind another — or have had experiences that changed you but left you wondering, you are not alone.

Together, we will explore the universal selves we all share — the physical, sexual, emotional, mental, and spiritual — alongside the archetypes and roles we live out.

The five universal selves

Physical

The body as a self — its sensations, its instincts, its stories held in tissue and breath.

Sexual

The creative, generative self. Desire, polarity, vitality, and the longing to merge and create.

Emotional

The feeling self. The one who loves, grieves, fears, and opens the heart to the full spectrum of being alive.

Mental

The thinking self. The observer, the storyteller, the meaning-maker — and the one who can become unmoored from its own thoughts.

Spiritual

The self that remembers it is more than a body. The one drawn to silence, to the sacred, to the Source beneath all selves.

+ The archetypes & roles

Beyond the universal layers, we also live through countless archetypal selves — the caretaker, the seeker, the rebel, the lover, the sage — each shaping how we move through the world.

The three guiding questions

Whether you begin through science, spirituality, or personal experience, we return again and again to these:

01

Which self is speaking?

Naming the voice is the first step toward listening with discernment.

02

From what depth of consciousness is that self speaking?

Every voice arises from somewhere. Some speak from the wound. Some from the witness. Some from the One.

03

Is that self expressing the One Self more clearly — or obscuring it?

The work is not to silence any self, but to notice which ones bring us closer to clarity and which pull us away.

If you have always sensed there was more to your story than you have been able to explain, this is your invitation.

Welcome to My Many Selves.
